Northern New Jersey Field Trial Club Nov trial results
A good time was had by all at our Fall field trial held November 2nd here at Indian Creek Shooting Preserve. We were all thankful that the weather was finally in our favor and absolutely perfect for a bird doggin day! Our featured Amateur Gun Dog stake drew new comers, old timers, and a variety of pointing dogs. Taking the blue ribbon was Chopper for John and Lori Bleeker, 2nd place was Buddy for owner/ handler Tom Tongo and rounding out the placements was Lacey for John and Lori Bleeker. We thank all who attended and made the trial a fun event and we look forward to seeing you all at our Spring trial!

Tallapoosa Field Trial Club fall 2019 trial
Sixty years is a long span for most anything. The 60th annual running of the Tallapoosa Field Trial was held on Oct. 26 & 27 at Bear Creek Farms in Carrollton, GA owned by Marty and Linda Robinson. This annual weekend trial has been graced by a large number of birddogs that have had many amazing championship careers through the years. The event has become not only a revered field trial but an annual gathering and reunion of community, friends and birddog enthusiast throughout the region.

Decoy Lakes Field Trial Club, 2019 fall trial
On October 12th Decoy Lakes Field Trial Club gathered at the RP Wellons Family for the Annual Decoy Lakes Field Trial Club fall trial. We were fortunate to have a full roster of dogs to run for the event. You have to love October in North Carolina. One day, you would think summer is behind you and fall has settled in, the next, summer bounces right back to remind you that it isn�t quite gone just yet. This weekend would ring true to that end. The forecasted temperatures were cool in the morning but were going to quickly rise to the low to mid 80s. Both dogs and handlers are eager and ready to take on the warm and dry conditions to show their stuff.

Point Standings are changing
This new trial season had these youth in attendance at the SW Missouri Walking field trial, where they each received an attendance award. They were seen watering, walking dogs, and riding in the dog wagon. A couple of them were so wore out that they even enjoyed an afternoon nap. As the new trial season is now underway essential data forms are coming in. Check out the point standings as it will continue to change throughout the trial season.
