Annual Awards Banquet Closes 2022-2023 Season
The Annual Awards Banquet held this year at the National Bird Dog Museum in Grand Junction, TN brought what was another successful NBHA season to a close.
A robust gathering of award winning connections and patrons graced the halls of the museum sharing in a wonderfully hosted reception by Ms. Tonya Brotherton and her team at the museum. The NBHA's affiliation with the NBHA is long standing and is always a welcomed location and a cherished space for this event.
Award winners received commemorative plaques, custom embroidered jackets, along with other memorabilia citing their accomplishments with the presentation and presiding duties carried out by National Officers Mr. Tim Penn, Mr. Ray Brown, and Mr. Greg Blair.
One of the most special portions of the proceedings is always the hall of fame inductions seeing Mr. Tom Woods and HiFive's Passin Time owned by Ron Levitan as this seasons induction class.
As an added bonus to the annual fundraiser auction, connections of National CH Miller’s Blindsider and CH Dominator’s Rebel Heir from the string of Professional All-Age handler Jamie Daniels donated one individual season of each stud dog which saw heated and hard fought bidding. Further added was a mint condition edition of the American Field dated October 26, 1935.
The NBHA unashamedly recognizes the unwavering and sturdy backing of the stellar team of sponsors for helping support another successful season; Purina Pro Plan, Gun Dog Supply, Garmin, Gundog Central, Mule Brand Gear and Apparel, and onX Hunt.
Moreover, the organization humbly acknowledges the enduring dedication of all the owners, handlers, trainers, breeders, professionals, amateurs, volunteers, club officials, grounds hosts, and every patron who embody the essence of the NBHA who play a pivotal role in this thriving field trial community.
