NBHA National Free For All Championship

The NBHA and the Missouri Bird Hunters Association would like to congratulate Ch. Ninnescah War Dance and Keith Foreman for an outstanding performance in winning the NBHA National Free For All Championship. Dance put down two strong ground races along with flawless bird work to claim the title, including 9 well spaced finds in the callback. R/U Ch Kozican, Bobby Taylor also had two strong ground efforts with quality bird work to finish second. There were many quality performances by the field, but nothing close to Dance in the final.
Callback dogs were Penrosa Stoneyox, Tim Penn, Creekwood Missy, Kenny Snow, Kozican, Bobby Taylor, Bob's Miller Sue, Bobby Phillips, Ninnescah War Dance, Keith Foreman, and Seminole Wind, Keith Foreman. Sir Eaton, Chris Gebhardt and Pawnbrokers Royal Flush, Jeremy Gulick were on standby.
Erins Moonshiner, Chris Gebhardt won the derby with a strong, forward race and one good find. Kevin Western was second with a good race and three finds. The two young dogs ran in brace 3 and it was one of the nicest derby braces to watch I have seen in a long time. Iceman for Doc Rutschi was third.
The puppies did a nice job and Dan, Justin Crook was 1st, Mike, Kenny Snow 2nd, and Betty, Larry Carpenter, 3rd.
Thanks to all of the Missouri crew for putting on an outstanding and smoothly ran event. The evening fish fry on Friday and ham dinner on Saturday were outstanding. We look forward to seeing you all at the Midwest Championship in January!
