2013 Bob Catlett Memorial Classic

New Franklin, MO --- The NBHA Bob Catlett Memorial Classic sponsored by the Missouri Bird Hunter's Assoc. concluded on Dec 8th, 2013 at the Greenwood Pointe Hunting Preserve in New Franklin, MO.

We ran seven stakes with a total of 51 dogs from four states. The winner of the Bob Catlett Memorial Open Shooting Dog was Jim Wirth’s fine pointer Legacy who had 9 fines in his 1 hr brace. In the Amateur Shooting Dog (also 1 hr braces) Ken Black’s nice pointer Erin's California Girl took first place. The rest of the winners will be reported in the full write up.

The judges were Wayne Nierman of Sedalia, MO and Kevin Western of Queen City, MO who was filling in for Jim Rogers, the advertised judge, who was not able to attend because of an injury.
